3月24日下午，由我校党委教师工作部、教师发展中心举办的青年教师圆桌派英语系列活动在芍药居校区绰约书吧举办，本次活动的主题为“新时代高校美育的实践路径”。

参加本次活动的有我校材料设计与工程学院教授刘晓萍，中国人民大学讲师、杰出青年Jeffery Chu，以及来自北京电影学院、北京舞蹈学院、中国戏曲学院和我校的青年教师共计20余人，活动由美术学院助理教授胡谍主持，党委副书记姜孔桥莅临本次活动。

姜孔桥副书记对大家表示欢迎并对活动给予充分肯定。提出青年教师应有先进和开放的学习态度和理念，顺应国际化发展潮流，通过理解掌握国际化内涵，不断提高国际化视野，增强国际竞争力，不断提高自主创新能力，攻关解决存在的技术难题，为我国高等教育在世界高等教育中的知名度贡献力量。

美育作为实现高校内涵式发展的实施途径，一直备受关注。参与活动的青年教师就“如何在实践中实现美育教育”进行深入思考交流，在新时代高校教育高质量发展过程中需关注美育的意义和方法，把握新时代教育发展规律，将美育与实践相结合，才能促进学生全面发展。

刘晓萍教授从实践中的教学美阐述美育的重要性；中国人民大学讲师Jeffery Chu从数学中的科学美角度向青年教师讲述黄金比例；肖璐然老师结合自身工作，以身体训练工作坊为例探讨美；胡谍老师从理论方面以柳宗元老先生的“美不自美，因人而彰”以及我国美学教授叶朗先生的“美在意象”为切入点，对美育展开讨论。

参加活动的教师们纷纷表示，此次活动深入探讨了美育、美学与实践的关系，加深了艺术类高校教师间的沟通交流，大家沉浸在欣赏美、感受美、创造美的过程中，用美育教育推动传统文化自信，促进中国教育理念走出去，实现教育国际化，为建设中国特色国际一流时尚高校作出应有的贡献。

美是各专业各学科之间的纽带，也是我们理解世界的重要途径。在大学教育中，将对美的感知与人文的厚度、专业的实践结合起来，实现艺术人文教育，才能更好地培养全面发展的学生。

Beauty is the link between different majors and disciplines, and also an important way for us to understand the world. In college education, we should combine the perception of beauty with the depth of humanities and professional practice to realize the education of art and humanities, so as to better cultivate all-round students.

我们有责任促进美育的基础研究和政策研究，支持具有个人创造性和社会责任感的美育政策和实践，帮助学生认识到艺术改变日常生活的力量，重新思考创造力。

It is our responsibility to promote basic research and policy research on aesthetic education, to support aesthetic education policy and practice that is both individually creative and socially responsible, to help students and adults to realize the power of art to change daily life, to rethink creativity.

美育教育是培养学生与美同行，向美而生的一种实践性教育。它和哲学一样，是奠定了一个人思考世界的基础。如果说哲学教育人如何看待世界，那美育就是教育人如何与世界相处。美育教育是一种活的教育，它需要我们在实践中建立起对美的观念与需求。

For aesthetic education, it is a kind of practical education to train students to walk with beauty and be born to beauty. It, like philosophy, is the foundation on which one thinks about the world. If philosophy teaches people how to see the world, then aesthetic education is to teach people how to get along with the world. Aesthetic education is a kind of living education, which requires us to establish the concept and demand for beauty in practice.

中国戏曲学院谭文科老师

美育实践是可以通过戏剧为媒介而进行，比如思考戏剧与生活之美。中国传统戏曲流派分为许多不同的类型，传统的更侧重于古代故事和诗歌文学，学生从学习诗歌和中国艺术中能学习到抽象的美学，因此在创作过程中，美是与观众之间的桥梁。

Aesthetic education practice can be carried out through the medium of opera, such as thinking about the beauty of opera and life. Schools of traditional Chinese opera are divided into many different types. The traditional ones focus more on ancient stories and poetry literature. Students can learn abstract aesthetics from learning poetry and Chinese art. Therefore, in the process of creation, beauty is a bridge between audience.

青年教师圆桌派——英语系列活动是为加强党对人才工作的全面领导，建设新时代艺术类高校教师特色发展体系，实现教师全方位提升而开展的活动，活动为建设高素质、专业化、创新型人才队伍，打破学校壁垒，开放包容，为青年教师在科研、教学、服务社会、国际交流与合作等方面搭建交流平台。
